Waffle Rolls With Creamy Filling
You don’t have to work hard in order to make a good dessert. Using the waffle rolls, I made a quick and delicious dessert that everyone loves.
The crispiness of the waffle combined with the delicious mousse is just incredible.
Every time guests plan to come over I make these amazing rolls.
I never tell anyone how easy it is to make 🙂
25 Rolls
Ingredients:
Package of shortbread chocolate wafers (store-bought)
250 ml sweet cream (box)
20 g instant vanilla (tablespoon)
2 tablespoons honey/maple syrup
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Preparation:
1. Put the sweet cream, honey, instant vanilla and sugar in a mixer, using the balloon hook, whip at medium speed until a stable mousse.
2. Transfer to a piping bag and fill the cylinders.
