Easy Edamame Recipe

Oh, how I do love this wonderful snack, it’s a must to keep in the freezer. Every time I want to eat something tasty and healthy, and that is also full of protein, I make edamame. Take 3 minutes and the world’s best snack is ready.

Bag of edamame
Coarse salt

Preparation:

1. Boil a pot of water and a tablespoon of coarse salt. Cook the edamame for 3 minutes and strain. Transfer to a serving plate, Sprinkle with coarse salt and serve.
