Israeli Salad - Simple Healthy Middle Eastern Recipe
I learned how to make the best salads thanks to my mom. She is amazing with making salads. For me, I can ignore everything else and concentrate only on her vegetable salad.
Surprisingly, every time she makes it, I’m surprised by how well it turns out to be, it’s one of those
salads that you just can’t stop eating.
Touches of sourness and spiciness, excellent sauce and lots of salad juice for the Shabbat challah. Wow, This is one of the best bites I’ve ever tasted.Well, after all, it’s just a vegetable salad, right? But when you put all of the things together, a masterpiece is created.
Totally a wonderful salad!
3 – 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 – 5 medium red tomatoes
3 medium cucumbers
Medium onion
Hot pepper
1/4 bunch parsley
Sauce:
4 tablespoons canola oil
5 tablespoons 5% vinegar
Juice from half a lemon
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
1. Chop the vegetables, including the parsley, transfer to a bowl, add the sauce ingredients, mix, check the flavors, and serve.
I like it when the black pepper is noticeable, I recommend tasting and deciding.
