Soft Dinner Rolls Recipe

These rolls are amazing! Here’s a way to make the kids eat vegetables of all kinds and colors, and the final result isn’t just delicious, it also looks stunning. I don’t know a single child or adult who wouldn’t eat this beautiful roll.
And it’s not just eating, there’s also an activity for children, cutting and rolling, making the rolls together and each one fills the rolls with vegetables he likes. It’s so tasty, healthy and easy to make.
Although I spoke about kids, this is a great recipe for adults too. just look how beautiful it is.
Your guests will love it and no one would expect such thing.

14 Units

Ingredients:

500 g plain flour (3 and a half cups + extra tablespoon)
11 g dry yeast (tablespoon)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
80 ml oil (a third of a cup)
230 ml lukewarm water (a little less than a cup)

Whipped egg
Sesame seeds

Preparation:

1. Put the flour, yeast, sugar and salt, add the oil and water using the guitar hook, process the ingredients into a smooth and soft dough, cover and let rise for about two hours.

2. The silver rolls:
Cut a 30 cm long rectangle of foil, and fold in half, put the hard roll at the beginning (I saved this from the foil I finished) and roll to the end (there are pictures) pull the roll out and close with tape.

3. Reduce the volume of the dough, cut into 14 units and slightly round, roll each part into an elongated oval and roll into a roll, after all the rolls are ready, roll into a long and thin roll 80 cm long.

4. Wrap the rolls in the foil and place in a pan, let rise for 15 minutes, in the meantime preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

5. Brush the rolls with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the rolls are nicely golden brown.

What now?
Cut vegetables into sticks and fill the rolls. You can fill with cream cheese, tuna salad, matbocha, white cheese, cottage cheese, whatever your imagination allows.
