Kid-Friendly Sheet Pan Pizza

This Kid-Friendly Sheet Pan Pizza recipe is the perfect, cozy way to spend a family night together. It’s designed to be simple: no fussy dough or endless clean-up, thanks to baking everything on one sheet pan. The best part is that everyone, especially your little ones, gets to create their own custom section, ensuring even the pickiest eater gets a personalized, happy dinner. It’s a fun, delicious meal that truly brings the family together.

40 Units

Ingredients:

500 g flour (3 and a half cups + additional tablespoon)
11 g dry yeast (tablespoon)
50 g sugar (2 heaped tablespoons)
2 level teaspoons salt
240 ml warm water (cup)
60 ml oil (quarter cup)
Yolk (yellow)
Whole egg

Tomato sauce:
2 tablespoons tomato paste
A small onion, diced
A little sugar
Ground black pepper
Salt

Ketchup
Sliced olives
Cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
Corn
Thinly sliced mushrooms
Purple onion, quartered
Yellow cheese, diced/grated

Preparation:

1.) Place the flour, yeast and sugar in the mixer bowl. Give it a gentle mix. Now, add the salt, eggs, oil and water. Process the ingredients until a soft dough. Gather it into a ball, place in a greased bowl and let it proof for about an hour and a half. Give it some quality time, it deserves it!

2.) Cut the proofed dough in half. Flatten each half into a large rectangle and cut it into smaller
rectangles the size of 5×12 cm. I recommend making the pizza directly on the parchment paper right from the start. That’s the simple trick that saves you all the mess when you have to transfer the cut pizza to the baking sheet.

3.) Spread a generous layer of ketchup or tomato sauce on top, sprinkle with plenty of cheese (don’t be stingy!) and your favorite toppings. Finish with a little of coarse salt on top to emphasize the flavors and let it proof for a final 15 minutes.

4.) Preheat the oven to 190°C/374°F. Bake the pizza for about 25 minutes (until the amazing smell fills your entire house!). Once out of the oven, run your knife over the pre-cut lines to separate the
rectangles. Serve the mini-pizzas while they’re warm.

*Every single rectangle (mini-pizza) gets snatched up fast, so don’t forget to save one or two for yourself before they all disappear. Enjoy!
