Ingredients:
Medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3 medium soft, ripe tomatoes, diced
Green pepper, thinly sliced
2 carrots, diced
2 cans tuna, 160g each
A little more water
Spices:
Half a teaspoon of sweet paprika
1/4 teaspoon of cumin
Half a teaspoon of hot paprika
A teaspoon of sugar
Preparation:
- 1. Heat a large frying pan with 4 tablespoons of oil. Start by frying the carrots over medium heat until
- golden brown. Add the onion and garlic cloves. Fry until golden brown. Add the tomatoes, chili pepper and the rest of the ingredients except the tuna.
- 2. Cook covered over medium heat for about 25 minutes. Add the tuna and cook for another 10 minutes.
