Zucchini Salad Liver Flavored
Many people have asked me to for this recipe; it’s unbelievably simple and tasty. My mother used to cook it a lot; it is the star on my table.
Ingredients:
4 Zucchini
2 big onions
3 eggs
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Cut up the onions into small cubes, fry until it becomes transparent, cut the Zucchini similarly, add to the frying pan and fry until it softens.
- 2. Transfer all ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix it well until smooth. season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Serve with quality white bread.
