Healthy Oatmeal Bars

These oatmeal bars are great, crispy, and so easy to make. You just mix and then put it in
the oven — it’s that simple, and the result is great.
They are also similar to the granola snacks that stores sell. Some people call them healthy snacks.
It only takes 10 minutes to make — and you have wonderful granola bars. All you need to do is put it in the oven and impatiently wait for it to come out. It’s perfect for those who are trying to stay in shape, for anyone who wants to eat healthier, or just for anyone who wants something sweet.

24X24 Pan

Ingredients:

200 g butter
1/4 cup maple syrup / semolina / honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg

200 g oatmeal (2 cups)
140 g flour (1 cup)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
50 g cup brown demerara sugar (1/4 cup)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
90 g coconut (1 cup) / sunflower seeds / almond sticks

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with Baking paper.

2. In a bowl, mix oats, sugars, flour, baking powder, coconut and cinnamon.

3. In a pan, melt butter, remove from heat, add maple syrup, mix and add the contents of the pan to the dry ingredients, including the egg, mix until smooth and spread evenly in the pan.

4. Spread evenly in the pan and bake for about 25 minutes, refrigerate for several hours or freeze for three to four hours and cut into fingers / cubes.
