Orange Bulgur Recipe

The secret of this recipe is simplicity. Listen, this bulgur is wonderful — it’s even healthier than rice.
Plus, it’s also perfect for children. And the bonus? It only takes 15 minutes to make.
Since I cook on a daily basis, I always make quick and effortless recipes, that even kids will love.
This bulgur is perfect for lunch, and this time, it’s not just like any other bulgur — it’s orange bulgur.
It’s healthy and has so much flavor, and it’s all in one-pot, too.

3 Servings

Ingredients:

1 cup coarse bulgur
2 cups water
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon tomato paste

Spices:
1/2 teaspoon chicken grill
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon soup powder
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

1.) Preheat a pot on medium heat with 3 tablespoons of oil. Fry the garlic until it turns lightly golden, add the bulgur along with the rest of the ingredients, boil, cover, reduce the heat and cook for 15
minutes. Turn the heat off.

2.) Keep it covered for another 15 minutes.
