Easy Garlic Bread
This goes quickly! You might as well do yourself a favor and double the recipe. It’s that tasty. This is definitely one of those classic crowd pleasers that no one ever gets bored of eating. I love these kinds of recipes. You get a great result with minimal effort, and everyone’s happy.
2 Servings
Ingredients:
4 long rolls / 6 bite rolls, halved
1 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic
80 g very soft butter
1/3 teaspoon salt
70 g grated / finely chopped yellow cheese
2 – 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees about 10 minutes in advance.
2. Mix butter, garlic, parsley (leave some aside) and salt to a uniform spread, you can toast the rolls or use as is, spread a thin layer of the spread and sprinkle with yellow cheese.
3. Bake for about 10 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, serve hot with fresh vegetables.
This is as good as it gets!
