Sour Cream Dip
This dip is just so delicious, especially with crackes or fritters.
I can eat it on its own because of how good it is — I could literally eat a whole bowl.
I also added vegetables on top — it makes it even better.
Make some crackers, or just grab a spoon and enjoy this wonderful dip.
I recommend making a lot beacuse it disappears in no-time.
2 – 3 Servings
Ingredients:
200g sour cream cup / 5% white cheese
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
2 teaspoons mayonnaise (must not omit)
Ground black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients, transfer to a plate and spread in a circular motion like hummus, top with a few tablespoons of Israeli vegetable salad, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
