Yellow Chicken Breast
This is the kind of recipe that is so simple, yet incredibly delicious — perfect for lunch.
This is a great solution for those who need to quickly make a tasty lunch but don’t have the time.
It only takes 5 – 6 minutes to saute and then you can enjoy it right away.
Just try not to eat any while making it, so the kids will actually have enough for lunch.
Juicy flavors, great seasoning and the kids absolutely love it.
Here’s a great way to eat the chicken breast: eat it inside a pita with hummus and chips, similar to a shawarma. The kids finished it all and really enjoyed it.
3 Servings
Ingredients:
500 – 700 g chicken breast, cut into medium cubes
3/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon broth
Finally:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon honey/cilantro
Preparation:
1. Mix the chicken breast with the oil and spices and marinate for about an hour, if you have time, you can also marinate for two hours.
2. Heat a wide pan with 3-4 tablespoons of oil. Add the chicken breast to the pan, including the seasoning. Fry for about 5 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the soy, sweet chili and cilantro. Stir for about a minute and remove from heat.
