Soft Chocolate Cookies for Kids
There are many recipes for chocolate cookies, so how exactly are these cookies different from the rest? Someone asked me for a chocolate cookie recipe for kids — not crunchy, but flaky and tender.
I have a little secret that turns the cookies soft, which is why the kids absolutely love them.

30 Cookies
Ingredients:
Large egg
160 g sugar (3/4 cup + ½ tablespoon)
90 ml oil (a little more than a third of a cup)
Banana mashed until smooth
1 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
250 g flour (2 cups less 3 tablespoons)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and place baking paper in a baking pan.
2. Using a whisk, mix egg, sugar and banana puree until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix into a sticky chocolate dough.
3. Wet your hands and form balls weighing 18 – 19 g. Arrange in the pan at intervals. Bake for 15 minutes.
The cookies do not flatten and remain soft.
