Best Sauce For Chicken Patties
These chicken patties are amazing — they’re perfect for children. They are also soft, that’s what makes them suitable for both children and adults.

Ingredients:
500 g minced chicken
Onion
Potato
Egg
2 tablespoons flour
Half a bunch of parsley
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
A teaspoon of crushed garlic
3/4 teaspoon of cumin
Half a tablespoon of broth
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of salt
For the sauce:
2 onions
3-4 cloves of garlic, sliced
A teaspoon of flour
A cup and a third of water
A tablespoon of cilantro
3/4 teaspoon of cumin
3/4 teaspoon of turmeric
A teaspoon and a little more of soy sauce
Ground black pepper
A tablespoon of broth
Preparation:
1. Grate the potatoes and onions coarsely in the large holes, chop the parsley and add to the chicken breast along with the rest of the ingredients, make meatballs and spread a little.
