Easy chicken and cauliflower recipe
This recipe is fantastic! I love the combination of the cauliflower in this delicious sauce. This is a one-pot meal that the entire family will love. It’s finger-licking good! The chicken flavors the cauliflower wonderfully, and the result is a simple and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
Onion, cut into small cubes
A pound of halved wings / 10 drumsticks
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
A small cauliflower, broken into medium florets
A cup of peas and carrots (frozen) / sweet potato / 2 carrots / 2 potatoes
2 cups of water
A small chopped hot pepper
A tablespoon of tomato paste
A teaspoon of sugar
Spices:
3/4 tablespoon of sweet paprika
3/4 tablespoon of A. Soup
3/4 teaspoon of black pepper
3/4 teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
1. Boil a pot of salted water, blanch the cauliflower florets for 5 minutes and strain.
2. Heat a wide pot with 4 tablespoons of oil, fry the onion and garlic until lightly golden, arrange the wings on top, add the paste, hot pepper, water, sugar and spices, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
3. Cut the vegetables into small cubes, add to the pot along with the cauliflower florets, shake gently, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
