Look at how I cut the potatoes. It turned out lovely, crispy and delicious. I also added yellow cheese. After all, it’s spring.

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
2 medium potatoes
2 slices of yellow cheese
Salt – pepper
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and slice into thin slices, cut each slice into thin strips and leave whole, heat a pan with 4 – 5 tablespoons of oil and fry the sliced slices on both sides until nicely golden brown and salt.
2. Scramble the eggs, add to the pan, salt and pepper, fry until they start to turn golden brown on the bottom, place 2 slices of yellow cheese on half of the omelette and fold in half.
3. Once the cheese has melted, slide onto a plate and scramble!
