Fried cauliflower salad

This recipe is excellent, I recommend making double the amount. Fried cauliflower is so good, isn’t it?
Everyone loves the kind of recipes that are made of simple ingredients people already have at home.
It became popular in Arab resturants as a starter dish. From there, it became even more popular.
Fried cauliflower is so delicious, and after you taste it, you understand what all the fuss is about.
But then, another problem occurs: you become addicted to it and you just can’t stop eating it, it’s so good.
If you think I’m exaggerating, make it and then you will understand.

3 – 4 Servings

Ingredients:

Large cauliflower
20 cherry tomatoes
Chopped parsley
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
2 – 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt – pepper
A dash of lemon juice

Preparation:

1. Break the cauliflower into medium-sized florets, cook for about 5-6 minutes in boiling water and strain, leave a little in the strainer so that all the water comes out.

2. Fry the cauliflower in semi-deep oil until golden brown, making sure all sides are golden, prepare a plate with absorbent paper in advance and place the fried cauliflower on it. If the cauliflower florets are large, I chop coarsely.

3. Gently mix the cauliflower with the crushed garlic, garlic slices, olive oil, salt, pepper, transfer to a bowl, add tomatoes, season with salt a little before serving, lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
