Ingredients:
700 – 800 Sliced for schnitzels or cut into medium pieces
1/4 cup olive / canola oil
Spices:
Three-quarters teaspoon paprika
Half teaspoon turmeric
A tablespoon honey
Three-quarters teaspoon soup powder
Half teaspoon black pepper
A third teaspoon salt
Preparation:
- 1.) Soaking: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and soak the chicken pieces for about an hour. If you don’t have time, you can skip soaking.
– - 2.) Frying: Preheat a wide pan with 4 – 5 tablespoons of oil on medium heat. Fry the chicken breast pieces on both sides until they turn lightly golden, and then immediately turn the heat off.
