The Best Chocolate Cake Recipe

I had to make a cake quickly and my mind went completely blank, what do I do? I look at the clock, I knew that I didn’t have much time. I noticed the chocolate on the shelf and decided to improvise,
whatever came out would be fine.
I start to quickly work on the cake. I turn on the oven and I transfer the batter to the baking pan. I pray that it’ll end up good.
This cake has a wonderful taste. It’s soft, filled with delicious cream, and most of all, children love it. It’s so fun to improvise 🙂

Plate size: 24″

Ingredients:

4 eggs L
180 g sugar (a cup less than a tablespoon)
1 cup chocolate powder
240 ml orange juice (a cup) / a cup of sweet cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
180 ml oil (3/4 cup)
280 g plain flour (2 cups)
2 teaspoons baking powder

Icing: (optional)
150 ml sweet cream (a little more than half a cup)
150 g dark chocolate

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease the pan.

2. In the mixer bowl, beat eggs and sugar for about a minute on medium speed. Add oil, orange juice and vanilla extract. Mix until combined and add the rest of the ingredients.

3. Mix on low speed until the mixture is uniform and smooth.

4. Transfer to the pan, shake lightly, bake for about 45 minutes, break the chocolate into cubes, add cream, melt in the microwave on full power for about a minute and mix until the cream is uniform and smooth.

5. Pour evenly over the cake.
