Boneless skinless chicken thighs with rice

I’ll start from the bottom line: serving a cake that looks like a dome is nice and very impressive. In addition, the preparation is minimal. To serve a dish of pullets and rice that is ready in 30 minutes and I invested into it 5 minutes of work . It is a pleasure! Life in the kitchen is very hard 😉

Ingredients:

1 medium-sized chopped onion
300 gr. chopped boneless skinless chicken thighs

Marinade:

1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. honey
3 Spoon of oil
Soup powder
Diced black pepper
Salt

1 1/2 cups rice
2 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation:

1. Rub spices honey and oil on the chicken and. marinade for an hour

2.  Fry the onion until it becomes yellow and add the chicken thighs, fry for 5 minutes, check the seasoning, fry 2 more minutes while mixing.

3. Put 3 spoons of oil into a hot pan, put in the rice, mix, add water and salt and paper, cook for 18 minutes. Leave covered for 10 more minutes.

4. Mix the rice and the chicken thighs, put into small bowls, tighten and turn the bowls upside down in plates, and decorate with parsley.
