Vanilla cheese cupcakes
You know that moment when you feel like eating something sweet? At our house it usually happens at 16:00 P.M. I can hear Aviv’s footsteps: “Mom is there anything sweet to eat?” You can’t really have chocolate milk without something sweet on the side. And not only that, you can also start the week with some delicious, soft and juicy vanilla muffins. Oh, the smile on Aviv’s face after he takes the first bite is just priceless. The first muffin is eaten immediently, and the second one is warpped up and put in the school bag. That’s why I prefer muffins, they are easier to package and look like little, cute cakes.
12 Muffins
Ingredients:
3 eggs
200 gr (1 cup) of sugar
3/4 cup of white cheese
3/4 cup of oil
1 spoon of Instant Vanilla
270 gr (2 cups minus 1 spoon) of self-raising flour
Preparation:
1. Whip the eggs and sugar and while whipping add the cheese and go on whipping Until everything is mixed, then add the oil and the rest of the ingredients.
2. Fill up holes in the silicone mold up to 3/4 of their height.
3. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until the muffins become golden and beautiful.
