Homemade Energy Bars Recipe

Small and super delicious cubes that disappear in no time. Their main ingredient is oatmeal, with a bunch of other tasty things. You can enjoy this energy snack without worrying about gaining weight.
One of the things I like to do is open the morning with something sweet.
I’m not exaggerating — one small cube gives me an energy boost for the rest of the day.
It’s healthy and super delicious — much better than the store-bought ones.

24X24 Pan

Ingredients:

150 g melted butter
120 g silane / honey (1/3 cup)

200 g thick oatmeal (2 cups)
150 g white sugar (3/4 cup)
50 g sesame seeds (1/3 cup)
1/3 cup roasted pistachios / 1/3 cup almond sticks
30 g chopped walnuts (1/3 cup)
1 flat teaspoon cinnamon
140 g flour (1 cup)

Egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
A little warm water

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

2. Mix oats, sugar, almond sticks, sesame seeds, walnuts, cinnamon and flour.

3. Melt the butter and mix with the silane and in the meantime leave aside, mix baking soda with a little hot water until dissolved, add to the dry ingredients along with the egg.

4. Mix until smooth, wet your hands and spread evenly in the pan.

5. Bake for about 25 minutes, cool and cut into cubes.
