Best Tahini Sauce Recipe

Super recipe! But this is not a recipe: this is a different way of serving Tahini and the outcome is incredibly tasty! This is a great combination of Tahini and vegetables: a plate of Tahini and a pile of vegetables in the middle and people devour it.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup runny tahini
    ¾ cup water
    1 heaping teaspoon crushed garlic
    Juice of half a lemon
    3–4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
    ⅓ teaspoon black pepper
    ½ teaspoon salt (or slightly more)

Vegetables:
Chopped Sherry Tomatoes
Chopped onions
Small amount of Chives

Preparation:

  1. 1. Mix the tahini and water vigorously. If you prefer a thinner or thicker consistency, adjust the water accordingly.
  • 2. Add the lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and spices.

  • 3. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle a little sweet paprika on top.

  • 4. Season the vegetables with a little oil, salt, and pepper.

  • 5. Place the seasoned vegetables on top of the tahini, drizzle a little oil over them, and add a few drizzles of tahini on top.
