Crispy Fish Schnitzel

I want to share with you a secret — I prefer eating fish instead of meat. Fish is considered tastier and healthier than meat, which makes it perfect for both children and adults.
This fish schnitzel is so crispy — just imagine the bite — the fish fillets are super flaky and crunchy.
Plus, this recipe is just so easy to make.
Wonderful fish fillets that you won’t regret making.

2 Servings

Ingredients:

4 fillets of Sole, Nile Perch, Merlose
Lemon

Flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 spoon Sweet Chilly Sauce
Crushed black pepper
Salt

Breadcrumbs
2 spoons Sesame

Preparation:

1. Cut the fish into quarters, meaning it will be coarsely chopped. Squeeze lemon generously. Soak for about 45 minutes. Wash and dry.

2. Whisk eggs, mustard, chili and spices. Heat a frying pan with enough oil to cover the bottom. Coat the fish fillets with flour. Shake off any leftovers. Dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.

3. Fry until nicely golden on both sides and place on absorbent paper.
