Beef Fried Rice Recipe

Why do I have to choose? I love ground meat, and the combination with rice is incredibly delicious. The meat’s sauce is absorbed in the rice and it gets all of the flavors of the meat. So why do I have to choose between two things that I love?
It’s a main dish and also a side dish, a truly festive and wonderful dish.
It takes only 20 minutes to make and That’s all, go make it.

4 – 5 servings

Ingredients:

500 g ground beef (ribs)
2 cups basmati rice
4 cups water
Small chopped onion
A tablespoon ketchup
2 large carrots, coarsely grated
1/4 bunch chopped parsley
A teaspoon sweet paprika
A tablespoon cilantro/honey
Three-quarters tablespoon A. Soup
Half a teaspoon black pepper
A third of a teaspoon salt

Preparation:

1. Heat a pot with 3 tablespoons of oil, add the rice, water and two teaspoons of salt, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes, leave covered for another 15 minutes.

2. Heat a wide frying pan with 4-5 tablespoons of oil, fry the carrots and onions for about two minutes, add the meat and, while stirring, crumble all the lumps for about 10 minutes, add a little water, ketchup and spices, cook for another 10 minutes, towards the end, add the parsley.

3. Mix with the rice and serve.
