


Tortilla fried egg
I feel like spoiling my children; my daughter loves mushrooms very much. Mushrooms lightly bounced are delicious. I saw I had a tortilla with yellow cheese and I put heart into it with all my heart.
Ingredients:
7-8 Champignon Mushrooms
1 small onion
1 egg
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Make a circle or any other shape in the centre of the tortilla.
2. Chop the onion and slice the mushrooms. Fry for 2 minutes and take off the stove.
3. Heat the pan with two spoons of oil, fry the tortilla for one minute and turn it around; then break the egg and pour its contents in the middle of the tortilla and lift it up a bit to let the egg-white spill on the other side.
4. Fry until the egg is ready and sprinkle mushrooms.
Clarifications: cut any shape you like; if you don’t like mushrooms, add vegetables or cheeses or whatever you like or even nothing…
