


Elephant Ears with Pizza Flavor
This is a tasty snack. I always keep Puff Pastry in the freezer for cases when I have to prepare something quickly. You have to defreeze it and then it is easy to cook. It’s good for sudden guests and for the children.
Ingredients:
Puff Pastry
Ketchup/Tomato Sauce
Chopped tomatoes
Sliced olives
Corn
Chopped mushrooms
Grated hard cheese
Yellow cheese
Preparation:
1. Cut the pastry into 3. Spread the tomato sauce thoroughly, sprinkle cheeses and toppings on top. Then roll each side to the middle to create a double scroll.
