Meatballs and spaghetti recipe
I am economical with dishes because I hate washing them and since I have no sous-chef or apprentice, I find my ways. I also prefer cooking everything together because all the tastes blend and the cooking comes out very tasty.
Ingredients:
400 gr. minced beef
1 small grated sweet potato
1 small chopped onion
2 slices of white bread soaked in water
1 egg
1 full tsp. Paprika
Soup powder
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Sauce:
250 gr. Pasta Spaghetti broken into halves
1 medium-size chopped onion
1 spoon brown sugar
2 chopped tomatoes
5 cups water
2 spoons Sweet Paprika
1/3 tsp. Cinnamon
Sugar if necessary
Soup powder
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Preparation of the meatballs: Fry the onion until it becomes transparent. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, form the meat into meat balls the size of a ping pong balls. Let them cool for 1/2 an hour.
- 2. Fry the onion until it becomes yellow, add brown sugar and stir until sugar is melted, add tomatoes Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients without the Pasta, Boil and cook and check tastes.add the Pasta and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- 3. Add the meatballs, shake the cooking pot to see them drown and cook for 20 minutes on low fire, shaking the pot from time to time.
