Chicken Schnitzel Recipe
I like warm, crispy and crunchy chicken schnitzels that are coated perfectly on all sides with a
wonderful golden color.
My kids absolutely love chicken schnitzel — it’s their favorite, especially with baked potatoes as a side dish. It might just be a schnitzel, but it’s super tasty.
4 Servings
Ingredients:
1 kilo of schnitzels / sliced chicken breast
A deep plate with:
2 beaten eggs
A heaped tablespoon of sweet chili sauce
A teaspoon of Moroccan paprika
A teaspoon of crushed garlic
A teaspoon of soy sauce
A heaped tablespoon of A. Soup
A half teaspoon of black pepper
A half teaspoon of salt
A second plate with:
A cup and a half of breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of panko
Preparation:
1.) In a deep plate, whisk the eggs and then add the rest of the ingredients. In another plate mix the breadcrumbs, sesame and panko.
2.) Dip the schnitzels in egg mixture and coat it with the breadcrumbs mixture.
3.) Preheat a pan over medium heat with a couple tablespoons of oil, fry the schnitzels until they turn golden on both sides and place on an absorbent paper.
