Turkish salad recipe

Have you ever wondered why restaurant salads are so popular? You arrive at a restaurant and see a table with lots of salads and don’t know what to eat first. There are so many options to choose from and they’re all so good. The first one I reach for is fried cauliflower. (This salad is way better than the rest)
The second salad is a Turkish salad. A small plate with lots of flavors, and if you ask for it, it’ll even come spicy. It’s a great way to start a meal. Everyone eats this salad, it’s so good!
I obviously asked for the recipe and now you will make it.

3 – 4 Servings

Ingredients:

3 – 4 large red peppers, cut into small cubes
5 beautiful ripe red tomatoes
A small, plump clove of garlic, chopped
A small, chopped hot pepper (optional)
A cup of water

Spices:
A teaspoon of sugar
A tablespoon of broth
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
A third of a teaspoon of salt

Preparation:

1. Boil a pot of water, mark an X on the bottom of each tomato, boil for about 3 minutes, strain and cool, peel and cut into small cubes.

2. Heat a pan with 4-5 tablespoons of oil, start frying the peppers for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, add the garlic, fry lightly, add the tomatoes, including the juice, hot pepper, spices and water.

3. Boil, reduce the heat, cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally towards the end to balance the flavors.
