Potatoes and Mushroom Curry
For some obscure reason most people prefer potatoes baked in the oven, but I like them cooked in sauce. Years ago I ate somewhere potatoes and mushrooms in sauce and I loved them. People took another and another serving because they were so soft and delicious. When I came home I cooked this dish over and over again. why enjoy a good thing only once?
1 packet of Champignon Mushrooms
1 1/2 cup water
1 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1 spoon tomato puree
A bit of sugar
1 spoon Paprika
1/2 tsp. curry
Diced black pepper
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into them small dice.
