Chicken balls with vegetables
Many people have told me that there are not enough minced chicken recipes on the site, so I added chicken balls which are suitable for children and added vegetables to have a complete lunch. It came out delicious. The sauce was also tasty. Prepare a good loaf of bread that goes so well with the sauce.
Ingredients:
500 gr.minced chicken breast
1 medium size chopped and fried onion
1 small grated sweet potato
Soup powder
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Sauce:
1 chopped medium-sized onion
1 medium-sized sweet potato
3 medium-sized potatoes
1 spoons Sweet Paprika
Tbsp tomato paste
2 spoons Silan
Soup powder
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients Roll into small balls and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Fry the onion, cut the vegetables small Cubes and add to the onion, fry for two minutes, add water, tomato paste, Silan and spices and cook until the vegetables become soft. You may add water if necessary.
3. Add the chicken balls to the pan, add 3/4 water and cook for 20 minutes.
